Martha Lupai with A&M Markeplace will be hosting two traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremonies on Saturday, February 17 - one at 10 and one at 11. Making coffee is truly an experience in and of itself. The ceremony begins by roasting green Ethiopian coffee beans, boiling the grinds in a clay pot and learning when the coffee is steeped to perfection. "We are too busy, but this makes you slow down," Lupai says.
The event is free and open to the public! Each ceremony lasts about an hour.
