Join us for our 2023 Tomat-O-Rama Festival! On Saturday, July 15 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., we’ll be celebrating all the colorful varieties of tomatoes you can imagine. We’ll also have Bloody Marys, Bloody Marias, 21+ beverages, live music from Latin salsa band Giovanni Rodriguez and friends, food trucks, a salsa / pico de gallo contest, tomato-themed crafts and specialty foods, a kids’ zone, a photo booth trailer and more!
Produce vendors will have several unique varieties of tomatoes including Mr. Stripey, German Pink, Mountain Fresh, Big Beef, Red Deuce, Pink Mountain Rouge, Cherokee Purple, Brandywine Red, Brandywine Pink, Brandywine Yellow, Pink Girl and more.

🍅 Salsa & pico de gallo competition 🍅
Bring your best salsa or pico de gallo dish for a chance to win a $25 gift card to El Burrito Mexicano! All entries must be homemade and must include the recipe and contact information with it or it will not be accepted.

The deadline has passed to enter the competition. Late entries will not be accepted.
A written or typed recipe must be submitted with each entry, along with your name and phone number. This information will not be shared with the judges. Place this information in a ziplock bag and bring it along with your entry.
Bring roughly 2 cups of your salsa / pico de gallo to our commissary kitchen between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. The commissary kitchen is located between the outdoor farm sheds and indoor market house. Late entries will not be accepted.
Participants may enter more than one salsa / pico de gallo recipe.
Please do not bring add-ons to your recipes, such as toppings, chips, etc.
Entries will be judged on appearance, texture and flavor.
Participants must be present to win. Prizes will be awarded for first and second place, and will be announced on Saturday, July 15. The first and second place winners will receive a $25 gift card to El Burrito Mexicano!
