Artisianal Amish cheese currently made in MI while the families get their cheese shops et al running in McMinnville, TN. These Award-Winning cheeses are made in open-style vats with local milk and cows nor other ingredients ever contain hormones or anitbiotics. The farmers (usually no more than 20/herd) milk their grass-fed cows twice daily, by hand, for delivery to the Cheese House.
Huge variety of cheeses available including; colby, marble, monterey jack, dill, fennel, habanero, horseradish, hot pepper, olive, onion & garlic, pepper cheddar, smoky jack, veggie, truffle, white cheddar, medium white cheddar, shart white cheddar, extra sharp white cheddar, yellow cheddar in medium, sharp and extra-sharp, natural smoked cheddar and curds.
