Robin and Paul have been a part of the Farmers' Market family for 9 years , and we are happy to have them back this season on Saturdays in space # 214 for their CSA drop-off and market booth. Throughout the year they grow a wide variety of herbs, vegetables, mushrooms and flowers. Hill & Hollow Farm are at the Market from May through October, and again for the two weeks before Thanksgiving. "We employ methods of intensive gardening, interplanting, mulching, drip tape irrigation, and terrace gardens along side traditional row run crops to produce an array of vegetables may through October. Things are laid out with beauty in mind, with lots flowers and various ornamental and grain crops being trailed as new farm products."

imageHill and Hollow produce is delivered on a weekly basis to the metro Nashville Farmers Market between 8 am and noon from May to October. You will receive what is mature, ripe and ready throughout the season. A typical late spring basket will include snow peas, carrots, beets, broccoli, spinach, dill and lettuce. As it heats up, summer brings us tomatoes, green beans, sweet peppers, eggplant, okra, fresh garlic, cucumbers, basil, melons and sweet corn. The season finishes in fall with winter squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes and a return of the cool weather greens. Needless to say, a myriad of other vegetables and herbs fill your basket also.
