Nashville Farmers' Market

Emerald Glen Farm is a 110-acre farm near Mammoth Cave National Park that has been in their family for 204 years and 8 generations.  They raise grass-finished beef, pastured poultry, and pastured pork organic, sustainable, & humane methods.  The animals receive no steroids, hormones, or antibiotics.  The cow herd is predominantly Red Devon, the premier breed for grass-finishing beef - these genetics along with our grazing protocol ensure the beef is tender and well-marbled.
