C.S.I (cardio strength interval) Bootcamp:
This time-efficient and effective workout combines cardio drills with resistance training exercises using bodyweight, bands and hand weights. Bring a mat, a bottle of water and a smile. All levels are welcome!

Classes are $15/each or inquire about a special unlimited rate for January and February!

Meet Me at the Farmers’ Market Presented by AARP is an interactive event - happening the second Wednesday each month - at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. This unique, indoor/outdoor experience offers shopping and dining; cooking, gardening, volunteer opportunities and more!  Meet Me at the Farmers’ Market Presented by AARP, is a collaboration between AARP Tennessee and the Nashville Farmers’ Market.

Nutrition Workshop: Eating for Energy

Join Team Green and Nashville Farmers' Market (NFM)  for the latest installment of our Nutrition Workshop Series!  Every month, we'll tackle a different food or nutrition related topic, helping you to make healthy eating choices all year 'round!


Better nutrition is a goal that shows up on everyone's to-do list at some point, but sometimes nutrition seems so commercialized, you just don't know what to trust. That's why we've partnered together to bring you a monthly Nutrition Workshop series to help answer some of our most basic nutrition questions, while adding the flare and fun of cooking demonstations and food tastings to the agenda.

This month's workshop topic is Eating for Energy

Difficulty:This is a social, educational workshop designed to introduce participants to a range of nutrition topics.

In this month's installment of our Nutrition Workshop Series, we'll hear from experts at BlissHolistic You'll learn easy ways to incorporate or blend key ingredients to help create naturally-derived energy for your body and mind.  We'll also preview our full Nutrition Series line up of topics, so you'll know months in advance which don't-miss workshops to add to your personal calendar. 


In partnership with the Nashville Farmers' Market, Team Green's Nutrition Workshop Series hosts a knowledgeable speaker every month to cover information on nutrition and cooking related topics that can be easily transferred into our daily lives in an informal, casual setting. Each presentation is interactive and allows for discussion throughout. Topics will vary month-to-month, and are designed to cover a range of dietary interests. Each workshop is free and includes a roughly one-hour presentation or cooking demonstration with opportunities for questions/answers and engaging with other participants. When possible, workshops will include hands-on elements, samples, and take-home items. All workshops are open to the public!
