Harvest Celebration at the Nashville Farmers’ Market

Celebrate the bounty of fall apples, pumpkins, mums, and more at the Nashville Farmers' Market Harvest Celebration on Saturday October 22nd from 10 am to 2 pm. This family-friendly community event will feature tons of fun kids activities, fall recipe chef demonstrations, a Pumpkin Pastry Baking Contest for kids to enter as well as adults, plus live music and the largest selection of fall apples, pumpkins, mums, and greens in all of middle Tennessee! Free and easy parking will be available on site, as well as state lots on 6th Avenue and the corner of Rosa L. Parks Blvd and James Robertson.

This time of year, the Nashville Farmers' Market is bursting with the colors and flavors of fall, and we are excited to share this seasonal shopping experience with our community. Bring the little ones to choose from thousands of pumpkins in shades of pale blue to bronze from our pumpkin patches. Take home dried corn stalks, colorful mums, and hay bales for your harvest and Halloween home décor. Or, stock up on pie pumpkins, fall apples and fall squashes for your fall dessert endeavors — all grown by your local and regional farmers.

The Nashville Farmers' Market Harvest Celebration will feature a Kids Costume Parade for little shoppers to show off their costumes a week before Halloween, a Pumpkin Painting activity, as well as a Candy Apple Station. Taste all the varieties of Tennessee apples at our free Fall Apple Tasting Table, and attend a chef demonstration at the Market. Adults can enjoy a pumpkin flavored local brew or a Whisper Creek Pumpkin Hot Toddy. Breakfast and lunch options will be available in abundance with our local food trucks and 16 locally owned restaurants inside our Market House food hall.
