Gluten-Free Baking Demonstration Thursday, July 28th 6:3-7:30 pm Grow Local Kitchen in the Nashville Farmers’ Market House
 
The heavenly scent of Chef Sam Tucker’s fresh-baked bread lures Farmers’ Market visitors to his Village Bakery + Provisions in the southeast corner of the Market House. When the chef’s son was a child, he was diagnosed with celiac disease, prompting Tucker to master gluten-free baking. In this demonstration, Chef Sam will make and bake gluten-free pate a choux, the light pastry dough used to make gougeres, profiteroles, beignets, quenelles and other classic French baked goods. Cost of the class is $20
